Casas na Ferraria, Portugal

In 2023, we travelled to Casas na Ferraria in the Portuguese countryside.

Set within a large protected estate south of Lisbon, the restored farm is surrounded by cork oaks, pine trees and open meadows. Its quiet houses, terraces and dedicated yoga spaces created a peaceful setting for a week away.

The retreat offered time to practise, rest and enjoy a slower pace of life, surrounded by nature and shared with a wonderful group of people.
