Nutrition that looks at the whole picture, not just what's on your plate
Feeling well isn't only about food.
Evelyn takes the time to understand your diet, your lifestyle, and what's actually going on for you before suggesting anything, rather than handing you a generic plan and hoping it sticks.
There's no single symptom to fix here. You'll work through what's realistic for your life and figure out, together, what might help.
Enquire about a nutrition consultationWhatever's brought you here
People come to this for all sorts of reasons: a specific health concern, a general feeling that something's off, or just wanting to look after themselves properly for once.
Depending on what you need, that might mean:
- Going through your current diet and eating habits
- Making changes to your food that you can stick to
- Looking at sleep, stress and movement alongside what you eat
- Supporting your energy levels day to day
- Considering supplements, where they'd genuinely help
A conversation, not an interrogation
Nothing is off-limits and nothing's judged.
Evelyn listens first, then talks through what's realistic to change. Whatever comes out of it is built around your actual life, not a template. The point is something you can keep up, not a plan that falls apart after a fortnight.

Three years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine
Evelyn trained for three years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, qualifying as a naturopathic therapist.
That training is where her understanding of how food, lifestyle and general health all tie together comes from, and it's shaped the way she works with people now, looking at the whole person rather than one symptom in isolation.
Between her nutrition training, her naturopathic background and her yoga teaching, she works with both body and mind.
