Yoga & Pilates

Three disciplines, taught with the same intent: not perfect poses, but presence. Come as you are, and find what works for your body.

Yoga

Jivamukti, Vinyasa, Mandala and Yin, drawn on across a 500-hour training.

Reformer Pilates

Trained in 2025. Strength, control, precision.

Mat Pilates

Classically trained with Exhale Pilates London, 2023.

An hour that’s properly yours

Yoga classes run for 1 hour. Yoga isn't about nailing the pose. Some days it's the calmest part of your week. Other days it's just something that makes you feel a bit more like yourself again.

Classes are built around movement that makes sense for the body you're in that day, not the one you think you should have. No judgement, no comparing yourself to anyone else in the room.

What you can expect from a class: a calmer head by the end of it, real strength built over time (not just flexibility), a better sense of what your own body needs, and an hour that's properly yours.

Never the same class twice

Once she was hooked on Mat Pilates, Evelyn kept training and qualified in Reformer Pilates in 2025.

The Reformer opens up a lot more than a mat does. The resistance and equipment mean no two sessions have to feel the same. There's always another way to challenge or support the body.

Four reformers, 55 minutes a class, and personal attention. Expect thoughtful sequences, real variety, and a room where you can work out what your body's capable of.

Build real strength

Evelyn trained in classical Mat Pilates with Exhale Pilates London in 2023, wanting something different from her movement practice. Yoga had given her flexibility and calm; Mat Pilates brought more core strength, more control.

The two turned out to complement each other far more than expected. Yoga keeps you mobile; Pilates makes you strong. Together, they support a body that feels both mobile and strong.

Classes use controlled, purposeful movement to build your core, sharpen your body awareness, and get you moving with more confidence, adapted to whoever's in the room: different bodies, different levels, no problem.

Mat Pilates isn’t in the weekly timetable at the moment, and isn’t currently offered as a private session either. It’ll appear on the timetable as soon as group classes run.

Yoga and Pilates, together

Different jobs, same body

Yoga's about mobility, breath and calming down. Pilates is about core strength, stability and control. You don't need to pick one.

Do both, and you end up stronger, more mobile, and better supported in whatever you're doing day to day. Try them and see what combination works for you.

What to expect

  • Build core and full-body strength
  • Get more stable and in control of your movement
  • Build better body awareness
  • Move through everyday life with more confidence
  • A calmer head by the end of it
  • Actually enjoy moving

New here?

You're welcome, no experience required. You don't need to be flexible, and you don't need to know the poses beforehand. There's always a version that works for your body, and everything's talked through as we go. No previous Pilates experience is necessary unless a class is specifically marked intermediate or advanced.
