Amorgos, Greece

Our third Amorgos retreat took place in 2022.

Returning to the island felt familiar, but each retreat creates its own atmosphere. Aegialis once again gave us a peaceful base, with views across the bay and dedicated spaces in which to practise.

It was another opportunity to leave normal routines behind and make room for movement, connection and proper rest.
