In 2021, we returned to Amorgos for another retreat at Aegialis Hotel & Spa.

The island offered space to slow down, practise and enjoy being together. With sea views, mountain surroundings and yoga spaces designed for retreat groups, it was a setting that made it easy to settle into a different rhythm.

Days centred around movement, rest and the simple pleasure of spending time somewhere beautiful.
