Growing up I was always interested in health and well being but focused on all of the wrong things. I ate a low fat, low calorie, high sugar and processed diet, which left me with no energy, low self esteem, urticaria and various skin problems. I developed a negative relationship with food as it began ruling my life.
Unsatisfied with life and myself, I began to research new wholesome foods and began taking responsibility for my own health and well being. I soon discovering the amazing benefits of eating nutritious, natural food. My skin cleared up, my energy increased and I began to enjoy life again. This led me to study at the Institute of Integrated Nutrition, the world's largest Nutrition School and graduate as a Health Coach. To deepen my knowledge I continued studying at the College of Naturopathic Nutrition and qualified as a naturopathic nutrirtionst in 2017.
I believe health is our greatest wealth and how we look after ourselves can be a reflection of how we are dealing with life. I believe that the body is capable of returning to health given the right circumstances and that we are all different. Nutrition can be very confusing and each person has there own unique nutritional and lifestyle needs. I am passionate about helping others improve their health and start living life to the fullest.
Nutrition coaching sessions are completely personalised to you and your health concerns. Topics that may be included:
healing digestives issues, weight management, reducing inflammation, glowing skin, improving sleep, balancing hormones, improving immunity, grocery shopping and stress management.
We will look at the root causes of your health concerns and address them. The coaching session will not only include dietary advice but also ways to manage your life to make sure you are getting the most out of your life and living to your potential,.
1. Kick start
This program includes one 50 minute session done in person or over Skype and a follow up session. The first meeting will include a full case taking of health history and an examinatoin of your current situation followed by a personalised food program which may include supplements and lifestyle changes. Limitless support between the two sessions as well as lots of healthy recipes, tips and tricks.
2. 6 month health reboot:
This program is for people who are looking to make some important and more significant changes. The program will include one session in person or over Skype per month and limitless support in between sessions. The first session will include a full case study of health history and examination of current situation. We will look at setting short term goals with a plan of how to achieve them as well as long term lasting healthy habits.
